South Gulf Cove Properties & Development, Inc.

Located in Charlotte County, Florida South Gulf Cove is a unique deed restricted community with more than 55 miles of navigable canals filled with both salt and fresh water fish. The Interceptor Lagoon, located on the east side of the community, leads to the lock providing access to Charlotte Harbor and the Gulf of Mexico. All properties have access to the water from community boat ramps or direct water front lots.

The community is also within easy access of six exceptional golf courses, pristine beaches for sunbathing, shelling or watching the beautiful sunsets. South Gulf Cove is also a close neighbor of the world renowned Tarpon Fishing in nearby Boca Grande.

Waterfront development is being actively restricted throughout Florida by Ecological concerns.
Established communities with good surrounding infrastructure are becoming prime real-estate investments.

The Homeowners Association is not currently mandatory but actively working to preserve natural quality of the community and steer its development in the best interest of the homeowners.
The community entranceway from highway 771 is currently a high priority.
